So I was JawzXX before I was JawzX2, but I used a burner email to register the first one and forgot my password and was unable to recover it. The original JawzXX user was purged years ago in one of the updates, so I can’t show you posts from that.. . and although I remembered otherwise, research seems to iindicate that JawzXX was not a member of Oppo anyway. Here’s the first post from JawzX2, almost 7 years ago..

And here’s the first substantive post from JawzX2, just before I got Pickle (the FieSTa)

The oldest comment I can find from my JawzX2  account is from October 2008, but I was not an oppositelock member back then.

It was good little car. Dead reliable.  W ith good tires, front strut brace and rear lower subframe brace it made many a SubbieBro irate at AX. The electric power steering was just a dead and feel-free as the 2019 Kona, but also much like the Kona, the chassis and suspension dynamics were actually very good, and even if you couldn’t feel through the wheel the way you’d like the body was speaking very clearly if you listened right. The 2.0 was a fine engine, not very powerful, but willing enough and happy to rev. The shift feel was good, and clutch was entirely serviceable. Frankly excellent brakes, so good that the FieSTa wasn't so much a surprise as just a marked improvement. Tons of useful space, huge amounts of rear seat leg room, and with the functional ram-air slit above the grill (unlike the fake one on the Kona) it got it's best fuel economy around 80mph. Happy to run to the limiter any time you asked, definitely felt like a small car engineered for the European Market, as opposed to the American. Much more i30 than Elantra.
